The idea for Camper shoe and boot company was born in 1877 when Antonio Fluxà visited England
to study industrial boot manufacturing.
He returned to Spain and over a period of 100 years the brand for Camper boots took shape by his sons.
Camper is more than a shoe company, it is the dream of a Majorcan family who has been manufacturing shoes since 1877.
The Camper slogan "Walk. Don't Run" expresses the Camper philosophy of slow living and their appreciation and attention to detail.
These are values that are found in the original designs created with the passion and flavour of the Mediterranean.
